Last substantive review: 2026-10-18 (Asia/Shanghai). Purpose: Identify the goal-video preset, photo inputs, output, cost and example limitations. Ozil Goal AI makes a new, approximately 15-second vertical football goal video from one eligible self-photo or authorized adult attacker photo. Its prepared action reference guides the goal sequence; optional defender and stadium photos guide selected parts of the generated scene. This independent project is not affiliated with Mesut Özil, Arsenal or UEFA. The result is AI-generated, not footage of the pictured person playing a real match. ## Choose a task - Create a video: read [create.md](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/create.md), then open [the studio](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/#create). - Review the prepared preset: open the [Ozil Goal AI template](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/ozil-goal-ai-template) for its role options, example and generation costs. - Understand the football-video trend and its evidence: read [trend.md](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/trend.md). - Try a photo-and-text workflow in another compatible tool: read [prompt.md](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/prompt.md); this site's generator does not require a written prompt. - Understand sign-in and credits: read [pricing.md](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/pricing.md) and check [current pricing](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/pricing). - Find a result or troubleshoot a task: read [results.md](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/results.md). - Decide whether you can upload, share or use media commercially: read [terms.md](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/terms.md) and [privacy.md](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/privacy.md). - Request help or a refund: read [refund-policy.md](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/refund-policy.md) or [about.md](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/about.md). ## Inputs and outputs Upload one required attacker photo, up to four optional defender photos and an optional stadium image. Empty optional slots leave those parts of the scene for AI to generate. The preset guides the action and timing; photo references do not guarantee exact likenesses or positions in every frame. A completed task provides an approximately 15-second vertical MP4 with generated football audio, not the original match soundtrack or the pictured person's voice. Standard 480p is selected by default; HD 720p is optional, and final pixel dimensions can vary. ## Before submitting An eligible user aged 13 or older may upload their own photo (with parent or guardian permission if under 18); everyone else depicted must be a consenting adult and meet the [content rules](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/terms.md). The studio accepts JPG, PNG and WebP photos, and can convert supported HEIC/HEIF photos to JPG in the browser. Each prepared image must be non-empty and at most 10 MB. Sign-in, permission confirmation and sufficient credits are required to submit a generation. A Standard 480p video uses 12 credits; HD 720p uses 22 credits. Viewing examples and choosing photos for a local preview do not generate or charge for a video. ## Scope and limits This is a prepared goal-video workflow, not a general prompt-to-video editor. No public developer API or MCP integration is documented; authenticated browser endpoints are not a public Agent API. Faces, clothing, defenders, ball movement, backgrounds and sound can vary between generations. The preset cannot guarantee that every shot or identity matches the reference exactly. Each new attempt uses credits if completed. ## Public examples The [homepage examples](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/#examples) and [full making guide](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/how-to-make-ozil-goal-ai-video#example) show a fictional adult input portrait and actual generated test results. The full-guide example used optional defender and stadium images as well as the attacker portrait; one attacker photo alone is enough to submit. These examples are not customer uploads or a measured success rate, and they do not promise identical results for a different photo. Last substantive review: 2026-10-18 (Asia/Shanghai). Purpose: Prepare an attacker photo, add optional defender or stadium references and submit a goal video. Use this guide to create a goal video with the site's prepared action reference. One attacker photo is required; writing a prompt or uploading a source video is not required. Start in the [Ozil Goal AI template tool](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/ozil-goal-ai-template#create) or the homepage studio. Both use the same prepared goal workflow; no prompt is required. ## Photo requirements - One clear photo of yourself if eligible, or an adult you have permission to depict. Up to four separate defender photos and one stadium image are optional; leave a slot empty if you do not want to guide that part of the scene. - The studio accepts non-empty JPG, PNG and WebP images of at most 10 MB each (10,485,760 bytes). Supported HEIC/HEIF images are converted to JPG in the browser; if conversion fails, try a JPG, PNG or WebP export. - Show the attacker's face, hair, clothing and upper body clearly. Prefer good lighting, one person and little blur or obstruction. - You must be at least 13, with parent or guardian permission if under 18. You may upload your own photo; every other identifiable person must be a consenting adult. Do not upload other minors, celebrities or public figures. You must have the rights needed for every image, including a stadium reference. ## Steps 1. Open [the studio](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/#create) and upload the attacker photo. 2. Optionally open Customize defenders & stadium. The four defender slots are First blocker (0–4 seconds), Later challenge (7–8 seconds), Near-goal slide (9–10 seconds) and Chasing defender (from about 8 seconds). Match each separate authorized photo to the action named in the slot. You may also add one stadium image to guide the setting. These references guide the generated scene; they do not guarantee an exact likeness or action. 3. Keep the default Standard 480p (12 credits) or choose HD 720p (22 credits). Optional photos do not change the selected quality's cost. 4. Confirm that you are at least 13, have parent or guardian permission if under 18, and that everyone else shown is an adult who agreed to this AI use. Confirm your rights to the photos. Sign in before submitting. The studio checks your available credits; if the balance cannot be checked or is insufficient, resolve that before trying to submit. Any PayPal purchase must be made and authorized by an adult eligible to use PayPal. 5. Review the photos and quality, then explicitly submit. Choosing photos only previews them locally. Submission uploads the images, reserves the selected credit cost and starts a task. Payment or sign-in alone does not submit a generation. 6. After a successful submission, follow the task in the studio or return to [My Creations](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/my-creations) with the same account. You can close the page; the task continues, with no guaranteed completion time or user cancellation control. 7. Play the completed video, check the attacker, defenders, ball, goal and sound, then download the MP4. A completed new attempt consumes the selected credits; failed or blocked tasks release reserved credits. ## Processing and limits If browser storage is available, the selected photos and quality can be saved as a draft for up to 24 hours so the setup can be restored after sign-in or checkout. Check the restored photos and confirm permission again before generating; another browser, an expired draft or a storage failure can prevent restoration. Use Clear saved setup and photos to remove the current local draft. Photos are uploaded for generation only when you submit. The current workflow prepares character references with Nano Banana 2 and generates the goal scene with Wan 3.0 and new football audio. The output is an approximately 15-second vertical MP4, not an edited copy of an original match recording. Providers and availability can change. The action reference guides the result, but faces, defenders, ball movement and setting may vary; generation does not clear rights for you. Last substantive review: 2026-10-12 (Asia/Shanghai). Purpose: Review the Ozil Goal AI preset, example, specifications, limits and generation cost. The [Ozil Goal AI template](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/ozil-goal-ai-template) is a ready-to-use photo-to-video goal preset. The page combines the working generator, an actual input-to-output example, specifications, guidance on what the preset controls, a comparison with basic editing templates, cost and FAQ. ## What the template controls - One eligible self-photo or authorized adult attacker photo is required. Up to four defender photos and one stadium image are optional. - The prepared goal sequence needs no user-supplied video or prompt. - Each generation requests a 15-second vertical MP4. Standard 480p uses 12 credits; HD 720p uses 22 credits. Final pixel dimensions may vary. - Stadium ambience and kick sounds are generated; the original match soundtrack is not included. The example shows one AI-created adult portrait and its corresponding generated video. It demonstrates the workflow but does not guarantee identical likeness, clothing or scene details for another photo. Last substantive review: 2026-10-18 (Asia/Shanghai). Purpose: Understand the Ozil Goal trend, the verified 2016 match, its recognizable AI-video structure and current evidence limits. The [Ozil Goal trend page](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/ozil-goal-trend) explains a short AI football-video format in which an unexpected person or fictional character takes the scorer's role. The name is associated with Mesut Özil's late winner for Arsenal against Ludogorets on November 1, 2016. ## Recognizable structure - An unexpected person or fictional character appears as the scorer. - A goalkeeper challenge is followed by defensive pressure and a clear finish. - Supporting players, stadium, camera movement, ball motion and audio may differ between versions. - Similar videos may use different generators, editing tools, source media and workflows. ## Verified facts and evidence limits UEFA's match report verifies the November 1, 2016 fixture, Arsenal's 3-2 comeback and the action it describes for Özil's late winner. The original-match player on the page is context. The separate AI player is a completed Standard 480p result generated by this site from fictional adult and scene references; it is one outcome, not original broadcast footage or a measured success rate. The page does not name a single first creator, publish a total reach figure or claim one proven reason for the trend's spread. Search snippets, reposts and conflicting third-party tool pages are not treated as primary evidence for those claims. Naming is also inconsistent across public posts, so a clip should be identified by its action and source rather than by a hashtag alone. Last substantive review: 2026-10-18 (Asia/Shanghai). Purpose: Copy an Ozil Goal AI appearance-reference prompt, inspect its full test result and compare it with the site's prepared-video workflow. The [Ozil Goal AI prompt page](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/ozil-goal-ai-prompt) offers two copyable English prompts for tools that accept a character or appearance-reference photo alongside text: a full 15-second goal sequence and a simpler six-second move past the goalkeeper. Both require an attached adult portrait. The full prompt has one published test render; the shorter prompt has not been tested on the page. Neither has a measured success rate. Export watermarks depend on the external tool and plan, not on prompt wording. The [full photo-prompt test video](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/guides/ozil-goal-ai/test-results/photo-prompt-grandma-480p.mp4) used the exact published 15-second prompt and one fictional adult portrait. The portrait was supplied to Kie AI's Wan 3.0 Video model through reference_image_urls as an appearance reference, not through first_frame_url as an opening frame. The model invented the stadium and action. No reference video, defender photos, stadium image or character-sheet preparation was supplied. Submitted on October 18, 2026 at 480P, 9:16, 15 seconds, with generated audio enabled, the 15.02-second 480 × 854 MP4 shows the scorer getting past a goalkeeper and the ball entering the net. It does not preserve the portrait's cardigan and patterned shirt, does not clearly show two distinct missed defender challenges in order, and includes readable sponsor text and club-like marks despite the prompt asking to avoid these. The [single input portrait](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/guides/ozil-goal-ai/reference-images/01-attacker-grandma.webp) is available for comparison. The published MP4 is compressed for web playback. This is one appearance-reference generation, not a first-frame image animation or a reliability estimate. The page also provides an adaptable photo-and-video reference prompt. It applies only to a model or workflow capable of using the video for action and camera guidance while replacing the lead character's appearance from a photo; simply accepting a video upload is insufficient. The site's displayed reference MP4 is for viewing the workflow and its publication does not grant permission to upload it to another service. Use a performance video you are authorized to upload. The [making guide](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/how-to-make-ozil-goal-ai-video) shows the separate [site-preset result](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/guides/ozil-goal-ai/test-results/community-grandma-480p.mp4) and its full input record. That test used the same fictional attacker portrait plus four separate defender images, one community pitch image and the prepared action reference. Five character sheets were prepared with Nano Banana 2 before a 480p, 15-second Wan 3.0 generation with adaptive aspect ratio and generated audio. It was not made with either copyable prompt. Comparing one output from each route is not a measured success rate; appearance and motion can vary. The Ozil Goal AI generator does not ask the user to paste either prompt or upload an action clip. Its reference and instructions are prepared. The user supplies one eligible self-photo or authorized adult attacker photo, up to four optional defender photos and an optional stadium image, then chooses 480p or 720p. The result is a newly generated 15-second football video with generated stadium audio; appearance and motion may vary. Last substantive review: 2026-10-18 (Asia/Shanghai). Purpose: Compare credit costs and packs, free preview and sign-in requirements. Ozil Goal AI generation uses account credits. Standard 480p is selected by default; HD 720p is also available. Pack capacity depends on the selected quality. ## Generation costs Standard 480p costs 12 credits per new video; HD 720p costs 22. Optional defender and stadium images do not change the selected quality's cost. Credits are reserved on submission, consumed on successful completion and released if the task fails or is blocked. Viewing or downloading an existing result uses no additional generation credits. ## One-time packs (USD) | Pack | Price (USD) | Credits | Standard 480p capacity | HD 720p capacity | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Single | $9.99 | 22 | 1 video | 1 video + 0 credits left | | Double | $17.99 | 44 | 3 videos | 2 videos + 0 credits left | | Friends | $24.99 | 66 | 5 videos | 3 videos + 0 credits left | | Five | $39.99 | 110 | 9 videos | 5 videos + 0 credits left | The capacities in the table are alternatives, not combined totals. Credits can be mixed between qualities. These are one-time PayPal purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry under the current policy. Check [the pricing page](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/pricing) and checkout for current prices and applicable payment details before purchasing. Review the total, disclosed taxes and any payment-provider conversion charges before paying. Credits are non-transferable; no scheduled expiry does not guarantee that generation costs or features never change. Friends covers three separate Standard videos or one HD video plus one Standard video. Five covers five separate Standard videos or two HD videos plus one Standard video. Each generation can include one attacker, up to four optional defender photos and an optional stadium image. Packs do not include commercial rights to third-party footage, audio or likenesses. The pricing selector shows all four packs together and the selected purchase summary. Returning from sign-in keeps the selected pack rather than automatically starting checkout. Eligible repeat users may see a Friends comparison suggestion in an experiment; it does not change prices or automatically select a different pack. ## Accounts and free preview Generation, purchases and access to your saved task history require sign-in. Users aged 13–17 need parent or guardian permission to use the service and upload their own photo; any PayPal purchase must be made and authorized by an adult eligible to use PayPal. Google sign-in and email verification codes are available. For email sign-in, enter your address and choose Send verification code, then enter the six-digit code in the sign-in form within 5 minutes. You can request another code if needed; sending and verification depend on service availability. Watching public examples and selecting a photo for local preview are free; preview is not video generation. There is no currently enabled new-user credit gift. Do not confuse failed-render credit returns with a PayPal cash refund. Completed aesthetic imperfections do not automatically qualify for either; a new attempt consumes credits. Last substantive review: 2026-10-18 (Asia/Shanghai). Purpose: Find, review and download a result; troubleshoot failed or delayed tasks. Use the same signed-in account to find task history and download completed videos. Closing a page after the server accepts a task does not cancel that task. ## Output The current generator requests an approximately 15-second vertical MP4 at Standard 480p or HD 720p; final pixel dimensions may vary. The action reference guides the goal sequence, while the video and football audio are newly generated. It does not reuse original match sound or clone the pictured person's voice. Faces, clothing, defenders, ball movement and the final goal view may differ from the inputs or the public example. ## Find and save After successful submission, the task continues if you close the page. Return to the same signed-in account's [My Creations](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/my-creations) to see its status and completed videos. The studio result panel also provides playback and an MP4 download link when a task completes. Download a local copy you want to keep; the service is not a guaranteed permanent archive. ## Make another version To make another version, return to [the generator](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/#create) and review the attacker, optional references and quality before submitting again. A new Standard 480p generation uses 12 credits; a new HD 720p generation uses 22 credits. Selecting HD starts a separate generation rather than upgrading an existing MP4. An eligible local draft may restore photos and quality in the same browser for up to 24 hours, but check the restored setup before submitting. Opening a result or selecting photos does not itself start or charge for another task. ## Problems - Invalid photo: use a non-empty JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 10 MB per file. The browser can convert supported HEIC/HEIF images to JPG; if conversion fails, export the image as JPG, PNG or WebP. One attacker photo is required; up to four defender photos and one stadium image are optional. - Email sign-in: enter the six-digit code sent to your address within 5 minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or request another code; if verification fails, check the code or request a new one. See [sign-in guidance](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/pricing.md). - Insufficient credits: the studio checks the selected cost before uploading for generation. Check [your balance](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/credits) and choose a pack; a local preview or completed sign-in does not grant a free generation. The balance page shows how many new HD or standard videos the available credits cover; that capacity excludes credits reserved by running tasks. Pack conditions are in [pricing.md](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/pricing.md). - Queue or unchanged progress: no fixed completion time is guaranteed. Check your saved task before submitting another generation. Contact support with the task identifier if it remains stuck. - Failed or blocked job: reserved credits should return automatically. Contact support if they do not. - Completed but imperfect result: inspect the attacker's face and outfit, the chosen defender roles, ball path, final goal view and audio. The preset cannot guarantee an exact result; a new completed generation uses credits. - Damaged file, missing delivery or incorrect billing: report the defect without purchasing another attempt just to report it. Removing a video from My Creations hides it from your library; it does not delete stored photos, references, video or thumbnail or submit a file-deletion request. Use Clear saved setup and photos or clear this site's browser data to remove local drafts. This is an operational summary of the [Privacy Policy](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/privacy), not a replacement for its full terms. The service is for users aged 13 or older; users aged 13–17 need parent or guardian permission to use it and upload their own photo. Other identifiable people in uploaded photos must be consenting adults. Users under 13 must not create an account or submit personal information. The forms use confirmation checkboxes; the site does not currently collect birth dates or independently verify age or guardian permission. ## Media and third parties Selecting a photo creates a local browser preview. The generator saves selected photos and quality in this browser for up to 24 hours so you can return after sign-in or checkout. You can remove that draft sooner with Clear saved setup and photos in the generator or by clearing this site's browser data. Saving a setup alone does not upload photos. The site also stores a submitted job identifier in the browser so you can return to that job. Submitting uploads the attacker photo, up to four optional defender photos and an optional environment photo to object storage and associates the task with your account. Kie API handles requests to Nano Banana 2, which creates character references for the attacker and selected defenders, and Wan 3.0, which receives those references, the optional environment photo, a preset performance reference and instructions. Wan 3.0 produces one approximately 15-second vertical video with generated audio; the preset reference soundtrack is not reused. The application stores the resulting video and thumbnail. Account email and profile name are not included in model-generation requests. Ozil Goal Team operates the service from the United States and does not train or fine-tune models on your media. The team has not verified equivalent commitments, input retention or deletion handling for Kie API and the model operators. Kie's linked website privacy policy does not establish those API-media practices. Authorized team members may access data for support, troubleshooting, safety or legal requests. The current configuration uses Neon PostgreSQL for account and task records and Cloudflare R2 for media; other providers handle authentication, payments, email, hosting and usage/performance data as described in the policy. ## Publication and access Uploads and results are not automatically published in the examples or marketing. Publication requires separate optional permission identifying the final video and use; generation consent alone is insufficient. The current generator has no public-display opt-in control, so submitting a job does not make its media eligible for public examples. Viewing and downloading videos through the site require sign-in to the account that created them. AI providers receive temporary links to the files needed for processing. Deleting a video from the site does not remove copies already downloaded or held by third-party providers. ## Retention and deletion Photos are uploaded only when you submit a generation. Deleting an Ozil Goal AI video from My Creations only hides it from your library; it does not delete stored photos, references, video or thumbnail or submit a file-deletion request. Email support@ozil-goal-ai.video from your account address with the task ID to request file removal or account closure; the team will verify the request and confirm what was removed or retained. The processing server attempts to remove temporary video and thumbnail files after each upload attempt; failed cleanup may require manual follow-up. Third-party copies and backups may persist under their own policies. ## Account data, providers and requests The policy covers account/sign-in details, generation and credit records, payment records, technical/session data and support messages as well as media. Google sign-in does not import your Google Photos, Gmail or Drive files. Payment credentials go to the payment provider; the application does not store full card numbers or security codes. Providers listed in the policy include Nano Banana 2 and Wan 3.0 model services, infrastructure services, Google, PayPal, Brevo and Vercel analytics/performance services where enabled. Google Analytics 4 records page views and product conversion events where enabled, including photo preparation, account access, pack selection, checkout, confirmed purchases and completed videos. Events can include an internal user ID and purchase transaction ID, pack, amount and currency. Photos, filenames, email addresses, prompts and payment credentials are not intentionally sent in these events. Browser tracking can be blocked or missed; it is not the authoritative billing record. Use the site's Privacy settings control to accept or withdraw optional analytics consent. Depending on applicable law, requests may cover access, correction, deletion, export, restriction or objections. Email support, preferably from your account address, with the request and relevant task identifiers. Proportionate verification may be needed. Settings do not currently provide complete correction, export or account-deletion controls, and revoking Google access does not delete the account or files. Requests are handled within applicable legal deadlines; no universal response period is asserted here. The policies identify US operation, but that does not establish that every provider stores data only in the US. Read the complete [Terms of Service](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/terms) before submitting or buying; this guide does not amend the agreement or create additional rights. ## Eligibility and consent The service is for users aged 13 or older, subject to any higher local minimum. Users aged 13–17 need parent or guardian permission to use the service and upload their own photo. Other identifiable people in uploaded images must be consenting adults; other minors, celebrities and public figures are excluded. PayPal purchases must be made and authorized by an adult eligible to use PayPal. Use one authorized attacker photo, up to four optional authorized defender photos, and an optional stadium image you have the right to use. Permission must cover AI processing of each identifiable person, including anyone in the stadium image. Permission to generate does not automatically authorize publication or commercial use. ## Content and commercial use You must have the rights needed for your uploaded images, likenesses and intended use. Buying credits or downloading without a watermark does not grant third-party footage, soundtrack, brand or likeness rights. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, exclusive or copyright-protected. You may share or use a generated video commercially only with the necessary permissions and compliance with the destination platform, including applicable AI disclosures. Do not use the service for unauthorized impersonation, false endorsements, deception, harassment, unlawful content, payment fraud or bypassing moderation/access controls. Other prohibited conduct is listed in the terms. Do not present an AI-generated performance as an authentic recording or endorsement. Generation requires an authenticated account and valid permission confirmation. Publication in our examples requires separate optional authorization for the final video and proposed use, not merely generation consent. The generator currently has no public-display opt-in control. ## Service limits Provider moderation, queues and availability can affect tasks. Faces, hands, clothing, backgrounds and mouth movement can vary. There is no fixed delivery-time or exact-likeness guarantee and no user cancellation control after submission. Closing a browser is not cancellation. Failed-render credit returns and cash-refund eligibility are different policies. Statutory rights and actual service defects are not dismissed merely because a task is marked completed. ## Ownership, reports and account closure You retain rights you lawfully hold in your inputs and generated contributions; the team does not claim ownership of them. Processing permission is limited to delivery, library maintenance, support, security and legal needs under the terms and retention policy. It is not unrestricted permission to train on or market your media. Rights you do not hold are not granted by the service. Report unauthorized likeness use, infringement or other abuse to support with a content URL or task identifier and relevant context; do not redistribute illegal material. Decisions may be reviewed through the support channel. Voluntary account closure does not itself refund used credits or packs outside the refund rules. Permanent shutdown has a separate unused-paid-credit provision; see [refund-policy.md](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/refund-policy.md). Last substantive review: 2026-10-18 (Asia/Shanghai). Purpose: Distinguish credit returns from cash refunds, eligibility and review timing. This summarizes the current [Refund Policy](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/refund-policy); consult the full policy for conditions and consumer rights. ## Credit return versus cash refund Failed or blocked generations release reserved service credits automatically. They do not automatically refund a PayPal purchase. Fully released reservations do not count as consumed pack credits. A completed video with expected AI imperfections is not automatically a failure or a refundable pack; another attempt uses credits. ## Unused-pack eligibility Request a full refund within seven days (168 hours) of completed payment, provided none of that particular pack's credits have been consumed. Eligibility is based on that pack's records, not just your total balance. Purchase history shows the order payment time and each pack's available, reserved and consumed credits. Pending reservations need their outcome established before approval. Requesting a refund does not cancel a running job or freeze credits; a later successful generation using that pack can affect eligibility. Avoid new submissions during review. Ordinary change-of-mind or leftover-credit partial refunds are unavailable after the window or after pack usage. Promotional credits have no cash value. Billing errors, unreadable files, missing delivery, other defects and applicable legal rights are assessed separately. Permanent shutdown has a separate unused-paid-credit refund provision independent of the seven-day window. ## Request Email [support@ozil-goal-ai.video](mailto:support@ozil-goal-ai.video) with account email, pack, order/transaction identifier if available, payment date/amount/currency and relevant task identifiers. Do not include passwords, full card numbers or payment credentials. Contact support within the deadline even if you cannot find every identifier. Requests are reviewed manually; there is no self-service instant cash-refund control. Approved cash refunds go through PayPal to the original payment method and remove the corresponding credits. ## Review and processing The [refund policy's processing section](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/refund-policy#processing) explains manual review after the purchase and pending tasks can be verified. It does not promise a fixed voluntary response, review or PayPal initiation period. If more investigation is needed, the team explains the delay and provides an updated expected decision date. Applicable legal deadlines still apply. PayPal/bank arrival time is separate and not guaranteed to be instant. ## Shutdown refunds and consumer rights For permanent shutdown, the published calculation is: amount paid for a purchase × remaining unused, unrevoked paid credits ÷ original paid credits, rounded to the nearest cent with half cents rounded up. Previously refunded/reversed amounts and gift credits are excluded; pending tasks must first settle or release. This separate rule can cover partially used packs outside seven days. Read the [full shutdown provision](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/refund-policy#closure) for limits, taxes and payment-method arrangements. Mandatory consumer rights take priority where applicable. Accepting terms or starting generation is not a blanket waiver. Legitimate billing/defect claims and disputes are reviewed separately from voluntary change-of-mind refunds, without a blanket one-refund-per-customer rule. Last substantive review: 2026-10-18 (Asia/Shanghai). Purpose: Identify the independent operator, support channel and public reading coverage. Ozil Goal Team operates Ozil Goal AI from the United States. It is an independent project, unaffiliated with Mesut Özil, Arsenal or UEFA. The service creates an approximately 15-second vertical AI football goal video from one photo of the user or a consenting adult attacker, with up to four optional authorized defender photos and one optional stadium image. Other minors, celebrities and public figures must not appear in uploaded photos. An eligible user aged 13–17 may upload their own photo with parent or guardian permission. The preset reference guides the action and camera timing; the resulting video is a newly generated scene, not a recording of the people pictured. It offers Standard 480p and HD 720p generation with generated football audio. Generation requests pass through Kie API to Nano Banana 2 and Wan 3.0. Ozil Goal Team does not train or fine-tune models on your content, but has not verified whether Kie API or the model operators use inputs for training, how long they retain them, or how deletion reaches those operators. Publishing a final video in the public examples requires separate permission. See [privacy.md](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/privacy.md) before submitting photos. ## Support Email [support@ozil-goal-ai.video](mailto:support@ozil-goal-ai.video) for generation, billing, privacy, deletion, feedback or rights concerns. Include an order or task identifier when relevant; never send passwords or payment credentials. No fixed response time is published for every general support case. Refund requests have the specific published timing in [refund-policy.md](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/refund-policy.md). ## Public reading coverage These English documents are usage summaries, not verbatim Markdown exports or a data dump. They cover the homepage/studio, template, trend explanation, prompt guide, pricing, public how-to guide, about, privacy, terms and refunds. The privacy-policy and terms-of-service aliases redirect to the corresponding canonical policies. Sign-in, My creations, credits, settings, administrator pages, internal API data, private task histories and customer media are not exported. These guides do not export account records, files or private operations. Authenticated browser endpoints are not a documented public developer API or MCP service. ## How to read Start with [llms.txt](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/llms.txt); select a topic or read [llms-full.txt](https://ozil-goal-ai.video/llms-full.txt) containing the same guides.
