Buying a pack adds credits to your account; it does not start a video. Choose your photo in the studio, review the setup, then submit a generation.
If none of a pack's credits were consumed, request a full cash refund within 7 days of completed payment. Failed or blocked generation: reserved credits return to your balance. Completed video: report delivery or file defects; visual imperfections alone do not qualify for an automatic refund. Compare the three cases in the Refund Policy.

The output is a roughly 15-second vertical MP4. Final pixel dimensions and visual details may vary; check the real example above before buying.
Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry while your account and the service remain active. Failed or blocked renders release reserved credits to your balance; this is not a cash refund. A new generation uses credits again.
Each generation uses 12 credits at Standard 480p or 22 credits at HD 720p. The 22-, 44-, 66- and 110-credit packs cover 1, 2, 3 or 5 HD videos, respectively, or 1, 3, 5 or 9 Standard videos. Remaining credits stay in your balance, and you can mix qualities. Optional defender and stadium photos do not change the selected quality's cost.
You can view the public examples and choose photos without paying. Registration does not include free credits. To generate, sign in and buy a one-time pack through PayPal.
Yes. If a task fails or is blocked, its reserved credits return to your account balance. You can submit another generation without buying a new pack if that balance covers the quality you choose. The new attempt uses those credits; the release is not a PayPal cash refund. Check your balance before submitting again. If credits are missing, email support@ozil-goal-ai.video with the task ID. A completed video with imperfect likeness, clothing, ball movement or audio still uses credits. Visual imperfections do not give you an automatic free redo; another generation uses credits again. Report a damaged file, missing delivery or billing error to support for review.
You can request a full pack refund within 7 days (168 hours) of completed payment if none of that pack’s credits have been consumed. Fully released reservations from failed tasks do not count as use. Email support@ozil-goal-ai.video with your account email and order ID. Requests are reviewed manually; pending tasks must be resolved first. Approved refunds go through PayPal and remove the corresponding credits. Billing errors, service defects and applicable consumer rights are handled separately.
There is no guaranteed completion time. Processing depends on the AI service and may take longer when it is busy. You can close the page while your task runs in the background. Sign back into the same account to check progress or find the result in My videos. Closing the page does not cancel the task. If progress stays unchanged, email support@ozil-goal-ai.video with the task ID before submitting another generation.
Only if you have the necessary rights. Buying credits does not license anyone's likeness. A download without a site-added watermark does not guarantee clearance for commercial use. Upload your own photo if you are at least 13 (with parent or guardian permission if under 18), or an adult's photo with their permission for this AI processing. Photos of other minors, celebrities or public figures are not allowed. Follow the rules of the platform where you share the video, including AI disclosure requirements.
